Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Horizon Home Developers, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our return and refund policy is valid for 28 days from the date of purchase. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.

Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Selected health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use

  • Opened media products (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records)

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank for further clarification

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@horizonhd.online and send the item to define address on request.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To return a product, please mail it to define address on this request.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Horizon Home Developers cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
